- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment and double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing and stress-relief heat treatment
- Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative: ZG270-500 cylinder with chilled alloy cast iron piston)
- Double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
- Assembled oil pump provides hydraulic power with manual/automatic control options
