Rubber Sheet Cooling Machine - Batch Off Cooler with CE/ISO9001
The batch off cooler (also known as rubber sheet cooling machine) is designed to work in conjunction with internal mixers and open mixing mills. This essential equipment handles multiple post-production processes including cooling, airing, coating with anti-tack agents, and systematic stacking of hot compound rubber sheets.
After the mixing process, high-temperature rubber sheets are conveyed into the cooler where they are suspended on endless chain hangers. Powerful circulating cold air continuously cools the rubber material while an anti-sticking liquid is uniformly sprayed on both sides of each sheet to prevent adhesion during subsequent stacking and storage operations.
