1.Usage :

It is widely used in cable industry, reclaimed rubber industry, inner tube industry and rubber hose industry etc rubber profiles manufacturing.

The mixed compound through rubber kneader can be fed into the two-rotor strainer directly, not need to use the rubber mixing mill any more. Under the action of screw push and conveyor, theimpurities of reclaimed rubber will be removed. According to customer requirements it can extrude the strained rubbers into different shapes of rubber products.

2.1 Compared to traditional technology, through replace the function of rubber mixing mill during rubber compound mixing, save labors and greatly decreased production cost.

2.2 By using double strainer head, hydraulic push-pull to replace the filter, rapid operation, no rubber leakage, saving time and energy.

2.3 The screw rotating speed is adjustable which can match with the front and rear machines, improving resource utilization, safety and energy conservation.

2.4 Specialize designed hard tooth gear reducer adopted, low noise and long service life.

2.5 Barrel, screw made by qualified alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, through quenching and nitriding, durable wear.

2.6 Can equip auto cutting rubber device to decrease the labor intensity.
