Product Introduction
- This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
- Automatic control: automatic mold closing, automatic exhausting, automatic heating and temperature stabilization, automatic timing for vulcanization, automatic alarming, automatic mold opening, etc.
- The temperature can be set in the electrical cabinet.
- Three heating methods available: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
- Column curing press is generally a conventional product, with models from 25 tons to 160 tons. Frame curing press is available for capacities above 160 tons.
- Operation is safe and reliable. Custom sizes, types, and operation methods available according to customer requirements.
