Structure Description
- Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, CO₂ gas shielded welding, and heat treatment
- Cylinder material is QT500-7 with HT200 piston; alternative materials available upon request
- Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
- Assembled oil pump provides power source with hydraulic oil control for piston movement
- Electrical control system offers automatic and semi-automatic operation with manual override capability
