Production Process
- Mixing: Combine rubber granules, coloring pigment, and adhesive in mixing machine (4-6 minutes)
- Weighing: Measure stirred rubber powder according to desired tile thickness
- Paving and Pressing: Pour rubber powder into mold, float with trowel - coarse black powder at bottom, fine colored powder on surface
- Vulcanization Molding: Place mold on vulcanizer layer (3-8 minutes depending on thickness), automatic separation, then drying
- Inspecting: Check tile surface for aberrations or flaws to ensure high quality
