Tungsten carbide twist drill is a kind of tool for drilling round hole of work piece through its relative fixed axis rotary cutting. It is named for its spiral twist shaped chip holding groove. There are 2 flute twist drill bits, 3 flute twist drill bits or more flutes, but 2 flute are the most common for twist drill bits. Twist drill can be used on drilling machines, milling machines, lathes and even machining centers.

1,Quantity shortage problem.

Delivered goods should be exactly the same as ordered and paid. If there is any quality or quantity not in conformity, please feedback as soon as you finish the shipment inspection. Usually, the quantity shortage claim should be raised within 7 days the shipment arrives, and please take picture of outside packing condition if you find any broken carton when you sign the reception of the shipment from forwarder in case the quantity shortage caused by losing on way.

If outside packing condition is well, but inner detail grades, size, or items are not the same as packing list, please take pictures of the labels and items, and claim to salespersons for further investigation. When the quantity shortage does happen, we can solve it by goods return, free replacement, or refund as per communication.

2. Quality problem.

The quality problem may not be found right upon the first inspection, for example you have some problems with service life or unusual breaking, please contact the salesperson, offer details of broken points and working conditions as clear as possible, sales person will analyze the problem with our technical team, if necessary, we may ask your favor to return the unqualified items for further analyse with our precise instruments. If problems turned to be unqualified manufacture, we accept the free replacement, return, or refund as communication.
