Classified by the working pressure inside the furnace, there are vacuum sintering furnace and pressure sintering furnace.
Vacuum sintering furnace sinter products inside without any pressure. In most conditions, graphite is used for the heating and loading box, but in some conditions, the molybdenum shield is used.

Sintering in pressure can make the product structure more density, can avoid air hole inside sintered products. Hence pressure sintering is applied in many industries, especially in the cemented carbide industry, vacuum sintering furnace is replaced or is going to be replaced by pressure furnace.

Delivery time: 2 to 6 months depends on the model and the final detail configuration confirmed by customer.
Assemble: We will despatch one or two engineers to your site to help assemble, test and adjust the sintering furnace systems.
Warranty: 1 year warranty, all problems will be fixed for free in case correct operation, after one year, the maintenance will last for lifetime long with components charged.
