Vacuum furnace, that is, in the specific space of the furnace chamber, uses the vacuum system (composed of vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, vacuum valve and other components after careful assembly) to discharge air in the furnace chamber so that the pressure in the furnace chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure, and the space in the furnace chamber can realize the vacuum state.
