The pleated mesh filter is made of stainless steel wire mesh or metal fiber felt, sintered at each metal wire contact point to produce a strong surface screening porous filter cartridge. In addition, the filter element adopts a pleated design to further provide a large filtering area and good dirt retention ability. Can provide double opening or single opening according to user needs, the threaded end is usually equipped with gaskets such as o-rings to reduce the friction of the corrugated filter. Different from the unsintered mesh, the pleated sintered mesh filter can use finer metal wires to produce more pores per unit area, thereby improving the carrying capacity of pollutants. On the other hand, in applications such as corrosive liquid filtration, oxidative liquid filtration, liquid and gas filtration, the pleated sintered filter element is more suitable to replace the polypropylene filter element due to its backwashing and reusable advantages.
