Sintered metal filter media is used in downstream petrochemical and fine chemical industries. Various PTA (purified terephthalic acid) processes are equipped with filtration systems to increase production, improve product quality, recover valuable catalysts, and reduce the load of waste treatment units.

Technology of sintered mesh filter element:
Sintered steel wire mesh is composed of multi-layer woven wire mesh by sintering process. This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond the multilayer mesh. The same physical process is used to weld a single wire in one layer of wire mesh and several adjacent layers of wire mesh. This is a unique material with excellent mechanical properties. It is an ideal purifying filter material. 5-layer, 6-layer or 7-layer wire mesh can be selected (the structure diagram of 5-layer sintering filter screen is shown in the right figure).
The figure below shows a stainless steel sintered mesh made of five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh by vacuum sintering, compression and rolling, forming a porous sintered mesh.
Sintered filter elements have different pore size, porosity and filtration grade. The general filter grade is 0.2um ~ 200um, and the working temperature is - 200 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃.

Stainless steel powder sintering filter is made of stainless steel powder by high temperature sintering. It adopts unique technology and strictly controls the production process (including powder distribution, molding and sintering).
The filter has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and high adjustable conditions, which can produce porous metal sintering filter with wider precision range. High temperature resistance, good air permeability.
