Stainless Steel Filter Bag Single Bag Filter Working Principle

Bag filter is installed at the front end of each supporting valve in the transmission pipeline. When the medium in the pipeline flows in from the filter inlet and sprays to the top of the filter, then enters the filter bag at the top of the filter for filtration, and then flows out from the filter outlet to the transmission pipeline at the other end, while impurities remain in the filter bag to prevent blockage of the transmission pipeline, To protect equipment pipes and fittings on pipes (such as water pumps, valves, etc.) from wear and blockage.
During the filtration process, the upstream pressure gradually increases until the bag is completely blocked. The filter delivery must then be stopped (independent bag filter) or transferred to another filter body (duplex bag filter) through a valve. Just open the lid and replace the filter bag.

Close all valves at inlet and outlet.
Open the pressure relief valve and ensure that the housing is not pressurized.
Remove the clip (for clip on top housing) or loosen the bolt on the top of the housing (for bolt on top housing).
Remove the top of the housing.
Remove the T-bolts on the top inside the housing so that you can also remove the diffuser.
Remove the dirty bag filter.
Put the clean bag filter into the filter basket and ensure that the bag filter passes straight down through the filter basket.
Place the diffuser back on top of the new bag filter.
Screw the T-bolt back into the housing (it may slide into the groove inside the housing) and tighten it.
Put the top back on top of the housing.
Reconnect the clip (for the clip top housing) and tighten it; Or tighten the bolts (top housing for bolting)
