Stainless Steel Bag Filter Description:

Bag filter is a pressure filter with filter bag and reinforced metal basket as filter element, which is installed on the transmission pipeline to filter and remove impurities in the transmission medium in the pipeline and protect the equipment on the pipeline from wear and blockage.

Stainless Steel Bag Filter Type:

Bag filter is divided into single bag filter and multi bag filter according to the number of filter bags in the filter. According to the application environment (number of filters), it is divided into independent bag filter and double bag filter. Single bag filter is used in the pipeline system that can stop flow for cleaning or replacing filter bags; The double bag filter is used in the pipeline system where the flow cannot be stopped for cleaning or replacing the filter bag

Stainless Steel Bag Filter Structure:

1. Filter housing: made of high-quality p235gh steel or 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel. Good corrosion resistance.

2. Filter cover: the multi bag filter cover is equipped with a rotating arm, which is convenient to move when replacing or cleaning the filter     

    element.  It is made of the same material as the filter shell and has excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Rotating arm: with hand wheel and standard bearing, it is convenient to remove the filter cover.
