Stainless Steel Bag Filter Description:

Bag filter is a pressure filter with filter bag and reinforced metal basket as filter element, which is installed on the transmission pipeline to filter and remove impurities in the transmission medium in the pipeline and protect the equipment on the pipeline from wear and blockage.

Stainless Steel Bag Filter Change Bags way:

1. Close all valves at inlet and outlet.
2. Open the pressure relief valve and ensure that the housing is not pressurized.
3. Remove the clip (for clip on top housing) or loosen the bolt on the top of the housing (for bolt on top housing).
4. Remove the top of the housing.
5. Remove the T-bolts on the top inside the housing so that you can also remove the diffuser.
6. Remove the dirty bag filter.
7. Put the clean bag filter into the filter basket and ensure that the bag filter passes straight down through the filter basket.
8. Place the diffuser back on top of the new bag filter.
9. Screw the T-bolt back into the housing (it may slide into the groove inside the housing) and tighten it.
10. Put the top back on top of the housing.
11.  Reconnect the clip (for the clip top housing) and tighten it; Or tighten the bolts (top housing for bolting).
