Basket Filter Element Information:

Main media of basket filter include stainless steel perforated sheet, stainless steel weaving wire mesh and stainless steel sintered wire mesh. Due to the support of punching plate, it has the higher compressive and mechanical strength, easier to back wash.

It is mainly used in food & beverage, water treatment, dust removing, pharmacy, polymer, etc.  It can be processed into various filters include tube, disc and sheet.
 

Basket filter element (oil filter) belongs to the pipeline coarse filter series, also can be used for gas or other media filter large particles, the installation can go out fluid solid large magazine in the pipeline, to ensure the machinery equipment (including compressors, pumps etc.) instrument can work and operation, achieve stable process, ensuring the role of safety in production

Basket Filter Element  Material :

The standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 2507 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement
