1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. We accept lower quantity for your trial order like 1200pcs or less.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure, we can send you 1-2pcs each item for free if the sample is available.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
We can send out within 7days if you need the sample.
4.How long is the production lead time?
For stock items, we can ship within 15days once order confirmed. For OEM/ODM orders, the lead time is about 45-60days.
5. Is it ok if I want my own design?
Yes, we can sampling and mass produce according to your designed drawing. And we have strong designer team, we can also make the drawing and sampling based on your idea.
6. How many glass colors are available?
All the normal glass solid colors are available like Ocean blue, amber, ink blue, smoky, green, plum, pink, red, we can also paint the glass according to Pantone No.
7. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
Product Testing Certificate: LFGB, BS6748 Factory Audit Certificate: ISO9001-2000, Sedex, BSCI, Walmart etc.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L.
