6.Q:How can i make an order and payment?
A: Please contact our sales, they will offer you professional service, we accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T, etc. payment.

7. Q: What's lead time and shipping time? 

 A: For sample order, 1-3 days lead time, for general large order,3-7 days lead time. We send goods by FedEx,DHL,TNT etc express normally, 3-5 workdays as delivery time. This way is a little expensive but fast and safe for uv gel products.

8. Q: How about import customs fee?

A: Please pay attention: Our sales will declare the value as customer's require normally. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping.

These charges are the buyers' responsibility.

Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buyying and confirm if you have good customs clearance solution.

If the goods were turned back or destroyed for unable customs-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.

A: Yes. We provide free samples and you only need to pay the shipping fee. Please contact with us for your sample request.

12.Q.   What about delivery time?

A:  Normally about 3-7days by air express thought Fedex, TNT,DHL and etc.

13.Q.  Is it possible to give me a little more discount?
