Description:

The Automatic billet shift machine is essential for in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete. It is a special tool used to transfer the WIP concrete located on the turning table to autoclave.

Structure:

It is composed of frame, driving unit and hydraulic system.

Frame:

Rectangular square steel pipe and plate are welded together to form the frame, which is enough to withstand the maximum loading

Driving system is consist of driving unit and driven unit. Motor, reducer, transmission shaft, clutch and wheel compose the driving system, which is controlled through a electrical box

Cylinder system are composed of cylinder station, oil tank and is also controlled through a electrical box.

Maintenance and repair

Maintenance:

Do cleanup after every day’s work and to lubricate it before start-up.

Repair

Please check the wheels and driving parts monthly and change worn parts.

Please check the electrical devices, cables every six months and to lubricate the reducer.

A major repair is supposed to be performed every year, to disassembly to do some cleanup, to change worn parts and to lubricate the reducer.
