Side Rolling guide for AAC Block Making

Structure:

The convey line is composed by many rolling guide, and each has driving and driven machine, when the convey line is assembled, it should install the driving and driven machine one by one.

The driving convey rolling guide is composed of base, driving shaft, convey wheel, bearing, bearing base and joint shaft and reducer, etc. The base is welded by steel and steel panel.

The driven convey machine is composed of base, transmission shaft, convey wheel, bearing, bearing base, and the base is welded by steel and steel panel.

Application:

The side rolling guide can move automatically when the side panel moves.

Work principles:

Put the side panel on the assembled convey line, connect with the power supply to start the reducer to drag the convey wheel rotate.

Maintenance:

The bearing should add lubricant oil regularly.

The rolling wheel should clean if it does not work.
