Description:

The Automatic billet shift machine is essential for in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete. It is a special tool used to transfer the WIP concrete located on the turning table to autoclave.

The sling (see the picture) is a match equipment for autoclaved aerated concrete cutting machine. It is installed on the automatic billet shift machine, the lifting is controlled by the guide frame. It is a special tool to move the de-skin billet to the autoclave.

Structure:

It is composed of frame, driving unit and hydraulic system.

Frame:Rectangular square steel pipe and plate are welded together to form the frame, which is enough to withstand the maximum loading

Driving system is consist of driving unit and driven unit. Motor, reducer, transmission shaft, clutch and wheel compose the driving system, which is controlled through a electrical box

Cylinder system are composed of cylinder station, oil tank and is also controlled through a electrical box.

The sling is composed of a horizon beam, a vertical beam, a guide frame and a lifting unit.

The two beams are made of huge steel pipes, so it is featured of good stiffness, compact structure and it can be easily installed and debug.

Lifting device is located on the horizon beam and the guide unit is fixed on the vertical beam.

Working principle:

When the over-head hanger rope is lifted by the pulley wheel lifts, the guide unit will move along the frame and then the sling will go up and down.

Maintenance:

a.Please remove the dust on the piston rod after work with cotton cloths and make sure it is reset.

b.To clean up the lifting device, guide unit without any waste left.
