Structure:

The convey line is composed by many rolling guide, and each has driving and driven machine, when the convey line is assembled, it should install the driving and driven machine one by one

The driven convey machine is composed of base, transmission shaft, convey wheel, bearing, bearing base, and the base is welded by steel and steel panel.

Maintenance:

The bearing should add lubricant oil regularly

The rolling wheel should clean if it does not work.

Work principles:

Put the side panel on the assembled convey line, connect with the power supply to start the reducer to drag the convey wheel rotate.
