Description:

Work principles:

Running:

a.The Dipping tank runs stably after the motor starts, and there is no abnormal sound in the reducer, run and return it for half a hour.

b.Load test run, drying box load hook, steel mesh, run for half an hour according to the empty car trial procedures and requirements.

Maintenance:

Clean the dust after each shift, and add lubricant oil to the wheel before the production.

Repair:

a.Check the wheel and transmission parts each month and replace the destroyed parts.

b.Check the wiring and electrical parts very 6 months, and add oil to the reducer.

c.Wash all transmission parts, replace the worn parts and add lubricant one per year.
