Slurry Scale

Definition:

Scale equipments are consist of certain volume tank,scale components(sensor),data processing display,

material discharging control valve and structure,scale accuracy 0.5-1.0%

Powder scale used for power type materials : lime.cement ,Mainly include tank,sensor ,display and valve etc.

Slurry scale used for flyash/sand and water mixture slurry scale.Mainly include tank,sensor ,display and valve etc.

Principle:

When powder/slurry fallen down into scale,The weight of powder / slurry will be transmitted to weighing display by electronic sensor(output signal connect with PLC to realize automatic control),will know the powder/slurry weight,discharging controlled by pneumatic butterfly.

Maintenanc:

Shut off the power supply after each shift, and clean the drum wall, in order to make sure the powder weighing is accurate

Clean the dust on the sensor and weighing display.

Caution:

It should follow the instruction when operate the meter

No other current is allowed to go through the electrical sensor, for example, when weld the ground wiring.

Do not sunshine the weighing display, and avoid any sudden temperature change and vibration

The meter has been calibrated before ex-factory, do not change.
