Overturn Crane

Description:

Turnover hanger (refer to picture) is main matched machine of autoclaved aerated concrete. It is installed custom-made vehicle, the lifting and coming-down is controlled by the moving, and it is guided by the guide support. It is featured with stability, no deflection , it is a special tool for assembling mold and de-mold.

Application:

It has 2 functions.

It lifts the billet after curring, the mold frame and side panel, to turn 90° to cutting table and then the mold open and de-mold, the billet can be cut after the mold frame being lift away.

Clamp the mold and side panel turn 90° to the mold and then casting again.

Structure:

The turnover hanger is composed of beam, guide device, turning device, lifting device, side panel clamp, loose device and hydraulic station. The beam is made of rectangle steel pipe with good rigidity, simple structure and it is easy to install and adjust. The hydraulic station, lifting device, side panel clamp and loose device is placed on the top of the cross beam and the turning device is place on the vertical beam.
