DC48V 100W 19 Mounting Rack With LED Light Smoke Detector Door Switch

1. Application Scope

The Telecom Cabinet is mainly used in communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission. it is designed to house a variety of equipment, they provide protection from vandalism, dust, rain, snow and dripping water. It offers standard 19-inch racking rails and battery shelves, is a new design for telecom projects and surveillance projects. These enclosures have provision of floor mounting or pole mounting.

2. Cabinet Structure

The cabinet includes 19” mounting rack from top to down, without battery tray.

The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, single wall, thickness: 1.5mm, without thermal insulation.

• Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).

• Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.

5. Electrical Devices

5.1 Service Light

Service light is used to get additional light inside the cabinet. Service light is 48VDC, installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.2 Smoke Detector

Smoke detector can detect smoke and issues an alarm to alert that there is a potential fire in the cabinet. Smoke detector is installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.3 Door Switch

Door switch can trigger alarm when the door is opened. Door switch is installed at door and door frame.

5.4 Fan

The cabinet includes one DC48V 100W fan, installed at cabinet door.

8. Grounding Protection

The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
