2) Medical & Health Material Surgical Mask: inner and outer layers with spun-bond material, in the middle, is melt-blown fabric.

3) Environmental protection material (oil absorbent material) Meltblown nonwovens used mainly PP material. It can absorb 17-20 times bigger than its own weight of oil, in environmental protection, you can make absorption felt, oil filter, etc., are widely used in a marine oil spill, plant equipment, sewage treatment, and so on.

4) Clothing Materials meltblown nonwovens by the microfiber into a net, so it's a very soft feel. And the fabric of small aperture, high porosity, with very good wind resistance and good air permeability, lightweight, is currently doing the best material for clothing insulation materials.

Nonwoven fabrics are products made of parallel laid, cross-laid or randomly laid webs bonded with the application of adhesive or thermoplastic fibers under application of heat and pressure.

Nonwovens can be made absorbent, breathable, durable, flame resistant, heat sealable, light, lint-free, mouldable, soft, stable, stiff, tear resistant, water repellent if needed. Obviously, though, not all the properties mentioned can be combined in a single nonwoven, particularly those that are contradictory.

How many non-woven is needed to produce one million masks?

To produce 1 million pieces 5Ply KN95/N95 no-valve masks usually need 3.4 tons of non-woven; To produce 1 million pieces 3ply medical masks usually need  1 ton of non-woven for the blue cover and 1 ton for the inner layer.
