The cooling water flows into the pipe through three chutes and flows downwards along the inner wall of the pipe in a spiral shape, so that a water film is formed on the inner wall of the pipe to make the cooling water sufficient Utilization to improve the cooling effect of the condenser and save water. [1] Vertical shell and tube condenser tubes generally use seamless steel tubes. This kind of condenser can be installed in the open air to save the area of the machine room; it can also be installed under the cooling water tower to simplify the cooling water system. It does not require high cooling water quality and can clean the water pipe during operation. The heat transfer coefficient of the vertical tube condenser is smaller than that of the horizontal condenser, the cooling water consumption is large, the volume is large, and it is relatively heavy; the water flow speed in the condenser tube is low, and the scale is easy to form, and the lime sand is easy to fall in, and it needs frequent cleaning.
