The sturdy, no-fills cooler enables you to use ambient air to cool a broad range of meal products after they have passed through a dryer. Cooling helps make the processed cake more brittle, so it’s easier to mill.

Importantly, such cooling also enables you to make sure temperature are kept below 50℃ to prevent self-ignition. The cooler is basically a long drum equipped with an agitator mounted in roller bearing on the end plates. This moves the hot meal (usually 90-110℃) through the cooler, while a counterflow of cooler air is drawn through by a centrifuge fan. This cooler air can either be ambient air or air from suitable processes elsewhere in your plant, usually at approx 20-30℃ above ambient temperature.

The cold powder machine is composed of a stator, a rotor and dust removal. The stator is designed as a cylindrical tube with end plates and brackets at both ends, and is equipped with an observation hole to observe the state of the material in the cold powder machine in real time. The stator is provided with an air inlet and an exhaust port, and the hot air is sucked into the bag dust removal system through a centrifugal fan to be eliminated, and the cold air enters the cold powder machine to exchange heat with the material, which can effectively reduce the material temperature. The rotor is equipped with a stirring arm and a stirring paddle for lifting the product into the cold air flow. The stirring paddle is assembled. The mixing paddle can be adjusted as needed to adjust the cooling time of the material. In order to avoid material loss, the dust removal system can effectively block the meat and bone powder particles from overflowing the cold pfeather meal machine. At the same time, the bag type dust removal system is provided with an automatic pulse dust removing device, which effectively removes the dust accumulated on the surface of the dust filter bag and improves the efficiency of the dust collector.
