The buffer tank produced by Jiangsu SunRise is used for the storage of grease before the oil residue separation.

The buffer tank is made of stainless steel, which increases the corrosion resistance of the equipment. The buffer tank adopts a triangular leg design to make the tank body stable. The interior is designed with a heating coil and a stirring shaft. The grease is kept and stirred during the storage of the grease to prevent the oil from solidifying. The buffer tank is equipped with an automatic control valve group, which can automatically adjust the temperature inside the buffer tank to keep the grease state stable.

The storage tank series strictly follow the requirements of Article 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles (Revised Edition in 1998) of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs", and comply with "Steel Pressure Vessels" (GB150-1998) and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" (JB/T4735-1997) require design, manufacture and acceptance. The interface adopts the international standard fast-mounting chuck type, and selects imported 316L or 304, the inner surface is mirror polished Ra≤0.4μm, and the outer surface is matte, mirror or 2B primary colors. The nozzle has level gauge interface, respirator interface, thermometer interface, CIP cleaning port, sight glass, explosion-proof sight lamp, SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and outlet, manhole, etc.
