1.2 PROCESSING SLAUGHTERING WASTE → HIGH TEMPERATURE,PRESSURE,RELEASE PRESSURE AND ODOR TREATMENT → FAT DEPRESS → PACKING, TO WAREHOUSE.

1.2.1,Material is transfered to cooker via belt conveyor,to avoid the second pollution.

1.2.2.Please close the entrance of cooker when the material reach the rated weight(0.5-1ton) ,the material under the high-temperature and pressure is sterilized treatment,when the temperature in the cooker reach 135 degree(0.35MPA), keep the pressure 30 minutes(it is the standard of Europe and America, you can adjust the temperature and pressure according to the material),then go to the drying period,use the method of low temperature and vacuum, keep 3-4 hours(according to the material), the final products - meat and bone meal, moisture is lower than 10%.

1.2.3  Open the discharging gate, the meal is transfered to oil press by screw conveyor, it will separate the oil from the meal, get the meat and bone meal with 10-12% oil(standard for feed) and clear oil.

1.2.4,The odor occured in the processing, will be sent to the cyclone for dust collecting, then go in to the condenser for cooling steam to water, the gas after condensing will be discharged directly.

1.2.5,The sewage from drying process is distilled water, not have fat, main harmful element is CODcr, bod, ammonia and nitrogen, we can collect the sewage by closed pipe and send to the sewage tank for treatment together
