The motor with the hydraulic coupling pushes the gear through a set of V-belts. The hydraulic oil coupling and the V-belt ensure soft start and are an effective safety equipment to prevent overload.

The integral flange is connected to the drive end of the batch cooker,and the end plate can be disassembled, and the central shaft can be taken out as a whole, so that the equipment and the main shaft can be thoroughly inspected and maintained.

The cooker is heated by steam to open the steam valve, and the steam flows into the steam jacket, the mezzanine and the internal mixer and the mixing blade, thereby heating the material in the cooker room, and the steam is cooled and turned into water (condensate).
