The automation control system adopts the Siemens brand, the central control room computer is operated centrally, and the network operation can be realized by using the Ethernet communication. It can not only realize the whole process of unmanned automatic processing, but also carry out humanized man-machine dialogue manual operation when necessary. The all-round central monitoring system makes the whole processing process clear at a glance in the central control room, and the monitoring points can be switched at will as needed. Accurate and all-round electronic sensors monitor and protect the whole process of harmless production, and timely feedback the failure phenomenon in the production process to the central control room. The system adopts the most advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) to control. Temporary storage, crushing, conveying system of raw materials, chemical system, drying and discharging system can realize automatic operation, and automatic control is completed by a designed program package. PLC performs process control of automatic sterilization  including: pre-vacuum, pressurization, heat soaking, exhaust and post-vacuum. The PLC monitors the working condition of the pressure vessel, thereby providing a safety interlock for the opening of the inlet and outlet openings. The control function can automatically operate different stages of the process of each system, can record real-time operating parameters to continuously monitor the operation of the system, and can support online problem solving/programming functions for system development and commissioning.
