Production

Pre-production:engineer will set up the machine working datas according different floor specifications,get the printing film,wear layer ready on the rollers.

1)Formular mixed evenly by the person who taks charge of it specially.

2)Feeding the raw materials into machine.

3)Machine start to work on laminate the layers into LVT floor.

4)Going through the cool water to make sure the floor stable on size.

During production,quality inspector will keep eye on the floor to make sure the thicknes and surface can meet customer's requirements.
