The hardness of the material should not be greater than 7.5 and the moisture content should be less than 8%.

Working principle:

The structure of 5R raymond mill is composed of main engine, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electric motor.

After the bulk material is crushed to the required size by jaw crusher, the material is sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding room of the main machine for grinding by the vibration feeder. The powder after grinding is carried away by the air flow of the fan, and then graded by the analyzer. The powder with the fineness enters into the cyclone collector with the gas flow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and then the powder is discharged The finished powder is discharged from the tube. The airflow enters the blower from the upper return duct of the cyclone collector. The whole air flow system of this machine is closed circulation and circulates under positive and negative pressure.
