High Concentrated Tinters Series ( HS Car Paint Series)

In order to meet different customer needs, our company has developed Addition brand-a highly concentrated universal tinters series, HS series. To mix the HS tinters with different binders can get the 2K tinters, 1K tinters, 1K silver paint tinters, 1K pearl paint tinters. Our Addition HS car paint series has more than 70 kinds of HS tinters, including HS solid color tinters, HS silver tinters, and HS tinters, etc. Matched with different binders, you can obtain solid color paint, metallic glitter and pearl effect surface coatings. Addition HS car paint series has many advantages, like small amount of resin contained, wide compatibility with majority resin, excellent stability, easier dispersion with resin, very high covering power, complete range, low price, etc. Most importantly, the customers can completely replace DuPont Central series with our Addition HS car paint series. The customers can use DuPont’s read mixed paint formula system with our HS tinters!

MS CAR PAINT SERIES

2K Solid Color Tinters

Features: It is a bi-component car refinish paint series, high quality single coat system. It can be cured under room temperature or through low-temperature baking. With the following advantages: fast drying, high hardness, high gloss, bright color, excellent covering power, easy spraying, etc.

Mixing ratio: 2K Tinters: Hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.2-0.5 (volume ratio)

Applicable period: At 20 ℃, for about 3 hours.

Drying Time: At 20 ℃, 40 minutes for surface dry, 12 hours for thorough dry. With 60 ℃ baking, 40 minutes thorough dry.

Package: 1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4

Storage Period: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 18 months.

1K Tinters

Features: It is a high quality base coat series, two coats and three coats system. Silver, pearl or solid color tinters are included. Excellent covering power, metallic effect, easy spraying.

Mixing Ratio: 1K Tinters: Thinner = 1: 1-1.2 (volume ratio)

Spraying: wet spray for two to three layers, the flash-off time between layers is 5-15 minutes.

Package: 1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4

Storage Period: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 18 months.

Note: If spray a large area, we recommend adding 5% hardener, then spray varnish.

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats
Apply Using a Spray
Gun Nozzle:
1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)
1.3-1.5mm (Suction Spray Gun)
-Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.
-Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20ºC)
