Clear Coat: To satisfy different customers, we have three kinds of quality with high performance varnish, the economic type, standard type, high solid content type, and all of them are with high hardness, high gloss,resistance to alcohol and gasoline. To spray on the 1K base coat, the clear coat can provide it the protection, durability and brightness. The crystal shinning and smooth effect can be obtained after wet spray twice.

Spray: Wet spray two to three layers, the flash-off time between layers is 5-10 minutes.

Applicable period: At 20 ℃ for 2 hours

Drying Time: At 20 ℃, 40 minutes for surface dry, 12 hours for thorough dry.With 60 ℃ baking, 40 minutes thorough dry.

Polishing: It is recommended to polish after dry overnight.

Packing: 1L*15, 5L*4

Hardener: high quality, anti-yellowish. We have the Economic, Standard and High Solid content (HS) three types, and Fast Dry,Standard, Slow Dry three models. It is suitable for the 2K tinters, 2K ready mixed paint and clear coat.

Thinner: The thinner is s divided into Fast Dry, Standard and Slow Dry types. It is used in the 2K paint, 1K paint, clear coat, 2K primer, etc. It has good dissolution and promote bonding effect.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.

2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat. 

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats

Gun Nozzle:

1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)

1.3-1.5mm (Suction Spray Gun)

-Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.

-Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20℃)

-Number Of Coats: 3 Coats Maximum.
