Product Description
2K Color Paint
It is a bi-component car refinish paint series, high quality single coat system. It can be cured under room temperature or through low-temperature baking. With the following advantages: good ahesion force, high hardness, high gloss, bright color, excellent covering power, easy spraying, etc.
Mixing ratio: 2K Tinters: Hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.2-0.5 (volume ratio)
Applicable period: At 20 ℃, for about 3 hours.
Drying Time: At 20 ℃, 40 minutes for surface dry, 12 hours for thorough dry. With 60 ℃ baking, 40 minutes thorough dry.
Package: 1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4
Storage Period: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 18 months.
1K Color Paint
It is a high quality base coat series, two coats and three coats system. Silver, pearl or solid color tinters are included. Excellent covering power, metallic effect, easy spraying.
Mixing Ratio: 1K Tinters: Thinner = 1: 1-1.2 (volume ratio)
Spraying: wet spray for two to three layers, the flash-off time between layers is 5-15 minutes.
Package: 1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4
Storage Period: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 18 months.
Note: If spray a large area, we recommend adding 5% hardener, then spray varnish.
