PSB Manual Vertical Metal Industrial Basket Easy To Operate PLC Control Top Discharge Centrifuges
The PSB/PBZ series are enclosed manual top discharge and filtration centrifuges designed in line with the GMP standards and environmental protection requirements, which can be used for separating a wide range of materials. This product is highly applicable to the separation of various suspensions and fibrous materials with high temperature, strong viscosity and small particle sizes (minimum size of 1μm). Characterized by high separation factor, simple structure and high performance, the PBZ300 and 450 products are commonly selected as testing machines by various research institutions.

Laboratory test - Making laboratory analysis on separation characteristics of the material to provide the basis for type.
Small batch test - After preliminary type selection, simulation separation test can be carried out for small batch of verification machines to obtain relevant separation data and to provide the basis for separation process section design. This can be made in test workshop of Huada or can be made at place designated by the customer with vehicle-mounted test unit provided.
Equipment layout and Installation guide - providing centrifuge and system layout guided, installation and operation guide, in order to meet safety, use and maintenance requirement.
Debugging – During commissioning, providing site guidance of the service engineers and determining the corresponding operation parameters, to meet the separation requirements.
Process optimization - optimizing separation engineering parameters and procedure in the process of debugging, to improve separation efficiency and yield and output and to reduce energy consumption.
Software upgrading - For our sold centrifuges, we can make individual program improvement and provide program upgrading on the request of customers during their subsequent operation.
Operation and maintenance training - Providing detailed centrifuge debugging and use guide, making safety, operation and maintenance training for operation and maintenance personnel during installation and debugging; also, customers can send relevant personnel to Huada for short-term training.
Repair - Providing door-to-door on-site repair and return to factory for repair.
Safety confirmation - During the term of the service life of the centrifuge, providing centrifuge safety testing and validation in the annual overhaul.
