Customization Rubber Track Undercarriage For Agriculture Super Trafficability
Customized Design Rubber Track Undercarriage For Agriculture Application
The track shoe is fixed on the rail joint with high-strength bolts, and the chain rail joint and the rail are slightly pressed together with the chain rail sleeve in the way of interference fit. This vehicle uses a track with a pitch of 135mm. The track of the track is slightly sealed with a special rubber ring to prevent sand, water and other abrasive particles and corrosive media from entering the mating surface of the relative rotation.

- Low Grounding Ratio Protects Soil: Prevents damage to dry land plough layers and paddy field hard bottoms. Wheel tractor ground pressure is three times higher than track tractors, with track tractors maintaining 80-90% emergence rate versus 30-40% for wheel tractors.
- Superior Traction Force: Provides 1.4-1.8 times more traction than wheel tractors of same weight, with maximum traction efficiency of 70-80% compared to 55-65% for wheel tractors.
- Enhanced Trafficability and Climbing: Low center of gravity and high adhesion coefficient provide excellent slope stability, small turning radius, strong climbing ability, and superior cross-country performance for all-terrain operations.
Crawler chassis assembly is primarily used for special applications including parade vehicles, tanks, and armored vehicles. Rubber tracks offer ground protection, low noise, minimal vibration, and comfortable riding. Suitable for high-speed operations with frequent transfers, providing all-road performance. Reliable electrical instruments and comprehensive machine status monitoring ensure proper operation.
Average service life is approximately 2000 hours, varying with usage conditions: reduced by half in rocky or abrasive environments, and doubled in favorable conditions.
- Avoid sharp turns on concrete or hard surfaces to prevent track core wear and belt twisting
- Cross ridges at low speed with right-angle approach; use springboards for ridges over 10cm high
- Minimize prolonged travel and sharp turns on gravel roads to prevent accelerated track wear
- Avoid operation in muddy fields to prevent track slippage and debris accumulation
- Immediately stop and remove any stones or foreign objects caught between track and underframe
- Thoroughly wash tracks after beach work or exposure to chemicals
