1. Warranty is for 2 years: During the warranty period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free if there is any quality problem due to us. After 2 years, we will charge the material and freight cost.
2. Free Training: You can send your engineers to our factory for free of charge training, which includes the software, operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
3. Technical Support: All operation manuals, software, CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets can be provided for free. Online technical support by remote control is also available. If needed, we can send engineers to your country to instruct and help the installation.
4. If you need, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such hotel, food, round trip ticket.
1. What about the warranty?
We have two years warranty, spare parts such as led module, control card, power supply are damaged not caused of artificial damaged, then it's free maintenance and ship back new ones for replacement.
2. How about the quality?
Our led products must be aging at least 48 hours before shipping, from purchasing raw materials to ship, each process has strict quality control systems to ensure led display with good quality.
3. Can you offer a technical support?
We provide free training for our customer, teach the client how to set up screens, make configuration of parameters, broadcast the videos through Novastar and colorlight or Linsn control systems, our engineer can directly teach you how to operate. We're innovative high-end led display with over 10 years manufacturing experience, and we believe you can get a professional solution and best service from us.
