Evaporative Cooling 6 Ton 480V Block Ice Maker Machine

The direct refrigeration block ice machine adopts food-grade aluminum alloy plate as evaporator material, only though a water feeding valve, the water is filled into the ice cans automatically, no any chemical residues during ice making process. Block ice is kept far away from any pollution, especially produce high quality ice block, which is sanitary and suitable for eating purpose and cooling purpose.This direct block ice maker produces blocks in a few hours, which means that the space requirements are reduced considerably.

Working principle:
Yixing ICS direct system block ice machine adopts edge-leading refrigeration industry technology. 

1. After direct heat exchange between refrigerant and water, in 5 to 8 hours, water is frozen out into ice. 

2. By that time, PLC controls the machine automatically into ice doffing process. 

3. Direct system utilizes hot Freon to defrost ice; so the defrosting process is fast. 

Aluminum evaporator adopts special technique to make sure the ice conforms to food grade standards

In other words, the ice can be directly consumed

Besides saving labor work and electricity consumption, its unique modular design saves much floor area than traditional brine system block ice machine

1) The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.

2) Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully automatic therefore no manual work is needed, 1 person is enough.

3) The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice doffing process only takes 25 minutes.

4) The whole batch ice blocks can be moved by forklift, or designed with ice moving out device, quick and convenient.
