Ice Block Machine

The direct block ice machine adopts a food-grade aluminum alloy plate as evaporator material, only though a water feeding valve, the water is filled into the ice cans automatically, no chemical residues during the ice-making process. Block ice is kept far away from any pollution, especially produce quality ice block, which is sanitary and suitable for eating purpose and cooling purposes.This direct block ice maker produces blocks in a few hours, which means that the space requirements are reduced considerably.

 

 

Main Features

1) The evaporator adopts a special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.
2) Ice thawing and ice doffing are automatic therefore no manual work is needed, 1 person is enough.
3) The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice doffing process only takes 25 minutes.
4) The whole batch ice blocks can be moved by forklift, or designed with ice moving out a device, quick and convenient.
