Flake Ice machine

Yixing ICS fresh water flake ice machine is widely used in food processing, fruit and vegetables preservation, meat processing, medical research and etc. Seawater flake ice machine is designed for large ocean-going fishing industry which could overcome the corrosion of seawater, pitching and swing problems of vessels. Flake ice is a kind of irregular ice with size about 40*40 mm and

thickness around 1-2 mm. The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials. Besides, flake ice has no acute edges and corners so it will not damage the surface of cooled object. With large contact area and fast cooling speed, flake ice can realize high efficiency cooling effects.

Flake Ice Machine Evaporator

The internal structure of the evaporator is specially designed to improve heat-exchange efficiency and to keep the loop unblocked with special processing technology. The internally scrapping ice making mode has been adopted, which reduces the loss of the energy and avoids leakage the refrigerant.
