Description:
Release film refers to the functional film material with low surface energy obtained by coating some special chemical coatings on various films with thermal drying or UV curing. It is an indispensable part of pressure-sensitive adhesive protective film products and also a die-cutting material that must be used in the die-cutting industry.
Purpose and characteristics: application in silicone oil release film parting cutting industry and graphite industry.
The high-quality HDPE/LDPE/PET/MOPP base material is selected with uniform and stable release force, non-static/single (double) anti-static, various thickness and color, and is mainly used in non-drying adhesive tape, double-sided adhesive tape, precision material die-cutting and other industries.
The silicone coated release film used in the graphite industry has uniform and stable release force, ultra-light/overweight release force, thickness and color, and the release force is in the range of 3~400g. The anti-static layer can also be made according to customer requirements. It is mainly used for the rolling of graphite bare materials.
