YK901 release film
YK901 is an upgraded version of F901. In addition to the flatness, yellowing resistance and high viscosity retention of coiled materials made of F901, YK901 overcomes the shortcomings of F901, such as low temperature resistance and low splicing. High temperature resistance, high residual connection and low silicon rotation; At the same time, in the competition with PET release film, it can solve the wrinkles formed on the surface of the coiled material after the use of PET release film coiled material, avoid the leakage caused by possible hollowing, and solve the problem that PET release film is difficult to tear in summer. At the same time, YK901 is a polyolefin material, which can be recycled and reused, and solve the problem that PET release film cannot be recycled and difficult to deal with after use, which is more environmentally friendly.
It is made of HDPE (High density polyethylene)xand by successive procedure of co-extrusion blown process, silicone oil coating that enables to possess release effectiveness. Application: It is widely used for protection film,self-adhesive products,foam tape, pressing,stripping,etc.
