Description:

It is a laminated film, 0.007-0.02 thickness aluminum foil laminated PET/HDPE film.

Make it high strength. Which is hard to bulge, brings good barrier property including thermal

barrier effect and electronic signal shielding, etc.

OUR THREE STEP PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH STRENGTH, DURABILITY,

AND QUALITY CROSS LAMINATED FILM.

Step 1: Extrusion

► High density polyethylene resin (HDPE) is extruded via the blown film process to form a tube.

The tube is cooled and collapsed into a flat tube.

Step 2: Coating Process

► The PET film will be aluminized.

Step 3: Lamination

► Finished HDPE rolls and VMPET rolls are laminated by special gule.
► After lamination, film is surface treated for ink adhesion and graphic purposes.

Finally, the film is wound on a core to estimated yardage.

Application:

It is a surface for self-adhesive and SBS waterproofing membranes.
