High Subsequent Adhesion HDPE Silicone Coated Release Liner
Description:
Silicone coated release liner refers to the film with separative film on the surface.
Silicone coated on either one sided or two sided. The carrier can be PE films, PP films,
PET films and Papers. It will be peeled off when use the self-adhesive products,
such as bitumen waterproof membranes, PVC floor, butyl tapes and other products.
High Subsequent Adhesion HDPE Silicone Coated Release Liner which used plastic
Polyethelene (PE) film as the carrier, make it high tear resistance than PP and PET films.
To solve the silicon transfer to adhesive products and effect the adhesion of glue(bitumen),
it is use UV curing type for silicon coated, make it high subsequent adhesion(more than 90%),
to prevent the transferation of silicon.
