Description:
What's Silicone Coated Release Liner?
It is made of HDPE (High density polyethylene) and by successive procedure of
co-extrusion blown process, silicone oil coating that enables to possess release
effectiveness. It can be removable when used.
With adoption of special technique, PE release film is embossed with regular
corrugated stripes at machine direction.

How to choose a release liner ?
1. What's your application?
For bitumen waterproof membranes, you can choose a PE release liner, it is environmentally friendly.
2. What's your adhesive glue, bitumen, pressure sensitive adhesive, acrylic adhesive or butyl?
If your adhesive is very sticky, you can choose UV curing type, if not sticky, you can use thermal type.
3. What's your production temperature?
For 130-150 ℃, you can choose PE type release film.
For 150-180℃, you can use PP/PET type release film.
