Our company may design and produce complete equipment of 100*100-150*150 billets stand casting machine, twin casting machine and multiple casting machine with automatic control system. Moreover, we'll provide necessary device and facilities such as straightening machine, vibrating mechanism, auto-cutter, billet cooling bank, billet spreader, molten steel spreader, soft water treatment and water cooling system etc.
R5.25M, R4M continuous casting line are the landmark product of continuous casting lines made by the company, the tapping speed is frequency changer circuit, and the max. drawing speed of the straightener is 4 m/min. There are rigid dummy bar and flexible dummy bar two types, and the length gauge may be regulated and cutting may be automatically conducted according to the length gauge. And then the cutted off bullet may be automatically pushed out of rollers into the cooling bank by hydraulic cylinder. It's all automatically controlled from tapping to billet hoisting out. Tapping output is 20to 31.8 tons calculated according to drawing speed of 4 m/min.
In addition to these definite form casting line, it can also be designed according to user requirements and manufacturing.
