Yes, 100% new cells direct from the factory.
Q2: Do you test capacity, voltage and internal resistance before shipping?
All batteries are strictly tested before shipment. Voltage difference within 10mV, capacity difference within 2%. High internal resistance batteries are not allowed to be shipped.
Q3: What is your replacement policy if the cells arrive damaged?
We use multiple staff to check packaging. Cells are wrapped with thick foam and 5-layer hard cartons. We also offer UN cartons and polywood cases for maximum safety. In case of shipping damage, 100% new replacement within one business day.
Q4: Are busbars and screws included and free?
Yes, we include busbar connectors and screws free of charge with your battery order.
Q5: Why can't I see any tracking information updates after waiting for weeks?
This is normal. Tracking numbers typically won't update until the package arrives in your country. No tracking updates occur while packages are in transit by train.
